Terms of Service

SWAapp — Automated WhatsApp message scheduler

Last updated: August 3, 2026

By creating an account or using SWAapp ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The Service

SWAapp lets you connect a WhatsApp account and schedule recurring or one-off messages to contacts and groups, optionally driven by Google Calendar events. It relies on a self-hosted Evolution API instance to send WhatsApp messages and on AWS infrastructure to run.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Only send messages to contacts and groups you have a right to message.
  • Do not use the app to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.
  • Do not use the app for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the schedules and messages you configure. Sign-in is passwordless: you can use a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint, or your device's screen lock) or sign in through Google — there's no password to create, remember, or have leaked. A passkey is tied to the device it was created on; if you lose access to every device with a registered passkey, contact us to help you regain access.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and, where used, Google Calendar. We don't control these platforms and aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by them.

5. Service Availability

SWAapp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for missed, delayed, or failed message deliveries.

6. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. You can permanently delete your own account and all associated data yourself, with no need to contact us, from Profile → Delete Account (open Profile from the sidebar) — this immediately cancels and removes your schedules, audiences, WhatsApp session, and Google Calendar connection along with your account, and cannot be undone. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
